A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 2, 2015, at around 12:22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) had been living together in front of the first floor D in the Busan East-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-do, the first floor D; and (b) had a desire to leave from the Plaintiff, “C,” who was in receipt of a request to leave from the Plaintiff, “C,” and “C,” and was taking part of the said C’s back to the part of the said C’s back to the right side of the Plaintiff’s back to the end of the Busan-gu, Busan-do.

As a result, the defendant assaulted the above C, who is a railroad worker, and obstructed the legitimate execution of duties related to the work such as a circuit inspection.

2. The Defendant committed the crime against F with respect to the Defendant: (a) around 12:27 on the same day; (b) at around 12:27 on the same day; and (c) at the time, the Defendant: (a) was the Defendant, who was under the jurisdiction of the Busan Regional Railroad Special Judicial Police Center, and was in order to verify the details of the report, etc., by the Special Railroad Judicial Police Officer F, who was working for the Busan Busan Busan District Police Center; (b) “F,” (c) took a bath to read “F’s fatch and fatch fat; and (d) fat at one time at the right right fat.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the above F, who is a railroad worker, and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties such as reporting duties and maintenance of order of the F.
