Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On May 24, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with labor at the Busan District Court for the crime of interference with business, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on March 25, 2019.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around 01:10 on August 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim D (the 66-year-old-old-old-old-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si (hereinafter “C”), without any reason, expressed the victim’s face

As a result, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim knenee who is unable to know the number of days of treatment.

2. On August 17, 2019, around 09:55, the Defendant: (a) committed a disturbance, such as having been on the floor of the bed while engaging in a dispute with another person at the Busan Dong-gu Busan, Busan, as the center of the Busan, the Defendant committed an assault against the F, such as having been on the part of the said F, when the F, who was on the part of the Busan, Dong-dong Police Station E District, sent to the scene of the Busan, which was reported as another case, had been witnessed and prevented the Defendant; and (b) the F, who was on the part of the Defendant, was in possession of the said F.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reported cases and the prevention and suppression of crimes by police officials.

3. Around 10:03 on December 8, 2019, the Defendant requested a victim G (24 years of age) who is an employee of the convenience store under the influence of alcohol at “C” located in Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Dong-gu, Busan Metropolitan City. However, the Defendant violated the victim’s right hand by taking the victim’s hand and booming him/her, thereby benefiting him/her into a breath, and destroying breathing him/her.
