A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 2019. 2. 중순경부터 2019. 3. 5. 20:00경까지 서귀포시 B 오피스텔 C호에서 컴퓨터를 이용하여 인터넷 사이트(D)에 ‘E’이라는 제목으로「러시아 코스 A 40분 원샷코스 \120,000, B 60분 원샷 스웨디시 \150,000, C 70분 원샷 스웨디시 핸플 \200,000, D 80분 원샷 스웨디시 원샷 \220,000, 한국 코스 A 40분 원샷코스 \150,000, B 60분 원샷 스웨디시 \180,000, C 70분 원샷 스웨디시 핸플 \230,000, D 80분 원샷 스웨디시 원샷 \250,000」라는 내용의 광고 글을 게시하고, 위 오피스텔 F호, G호, H호를 임차하여 각 호실을 러시아 여성 3명에게 분배한 후 위 광고 글을 보고 연락해 온 손님들로부터 위 게시글의 내용대로 1인당 12만 원 내지 25만 원을 받고 각 호실로 안내하여 성매매를 하도록 하고 그 화대 중 절반가량을 성매매 여성들과 나누어 가짐으로써 영업으로 성매매알선 등 행위를 하였다.
