Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operated a commercial sex business establishment with the trade name “E” in heading Btel C and D of Ilyang-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, and F is a person who, from March 23, 2017 to his/her nationality foreigner who entered Korea on March 23, 2017, was employed in the said commercial sex business establishment and was employed in the said commercial sex business establishment and worked as a commercial sex woman by using the title of “G”.

1. From March 24, 2017 to April 17:30, 2017, the Defendant: (a) placed commercial sex acts in the same place; (b) placed commercial sex acts in the Internet site “H (I)”; and (c) received cash of KRW 80,00 to KRW 140,00 for each course from unspecified male customers who reported commercial sex acts, and (d) had F engage in commercial sex acts with the above male customers, thereby bringing about KRW 40,00 to KRW 70,00 among the above price per commercial sex acts.

2. On March 24, 2017, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic (commercial sex acts) produced advertisements in the said commercial sex acts establishments, including the propy of sexual traffic women, the price for commercial sex acts by course, the method of reservation, etc., by requesting the J, an advertising producer, in order to attract customers while operating the said commercial sex acts establishments.

피고인은 같은 장소에서, 성매매업소를 광고하는 인터넷 사이트인 ‘K’, ‘H’ 등 사이트 운영진에게 업소 광고를 의뢰하고 광고비를 지불하여 2017. 3. 25. 경부터 2017. 4. 12. 경까지 상기 ‘H’ 사이트 (I) 등에 [ 일산 E, 1 인 1 실 오피 형/ 최상의 서비스, A 코스 40분 80,000원, B 코스 60분 100,000원, C 코스 60분 120,000원( 원 샷 핸플), D 코스 70분 140,000원( 투 샷)] 의 광고 글과 함께 위와 같이 제작한 광고를 게재하였다.
