A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who was a victim E (one-half years of age), while operating a D-B apartment in YY C.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Minorly Indecent Act);

A. From the end of June 2019 to August 23, 2019, even though the Defendant expressed his/her refusal to do so in a way that the victim did not want to take the victim's hand in the course of cutting down the matter by standing in a book in the above book room or the rear side of the victim and teaching the victim, the Defendant sat down the victim's hand repeatedly by repeatedly cutting the Defendant's hand on the victim's hand, or sating the victim's shoulder, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts by compulsion against the victim under 13 years of age.

B. At the end of July 2019, the Defendant: (a) brought bucks on the front side of the kitchen, and sited in the front side of the victim, which became aware of his death in the course of teaching the victim; (b) went away on the victim’s bucks; and (c) completed his study at around that time, her her son’s her her son, who was fright back in the front side of the said kitchen, her her son’s her son’s her own son, in order to return home.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts by compulsion against the victim under thirteen years of age.

2. No person who violates the Child Welfare Act (sexual harassment, etc. against a child) shall commit sexual abuse, such as sexual harassment, etc. that causes a sense of sexual humiliation to a child;

Nevertheless, the Defendant stated, around August 2019, that “I will see that she will go beyond her own care,” the victim, who is a child and uses a base after completing a public book in the above-mentioned public book room.”

Accordingly, the Defendant committed sexual abuse such as sexual harassment that causes a sense of sexual humiliation to children.
