Criminal facts
The Defendant provided extra-school education subjects to the victim D (the age of 16 at that time) who was a senior high school from May 2018 to August 2018 at the Defendant’s residence located in Jeonbuk-gun apartment B apartment, and from May 2018 to the end of August 2018.
1. At around 20:00 on July 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed indecent act by force against the victim, who is a child or juvenile, by holding the victim’s breast at a teaching room located in the above Defendant’s residence; (b) holding the victim’s her seat, holding the victim’s her seat, holding him/her over one minute, taking the victim’s her hand over, and taking the victim’s chest back to his/her chest, and taking the victim’s chest back to 5:6 times; and (c) holding the victim’s chest back to 1:2 minutes.

4. At around 20:00 on July 30, 2018, the Defendant, at the same place as the above Paragraph 1, 2018. On the back of the victim, he/she was seated with his/her will to raise one hand on the victim’s right side of the right buckbucks, and the victim's refusal to do so, and the Defendant, who was responsible for the Defendant's hand, committed indecent act by force, a child or juvenile, by inducing the victim's sexual organ against his/her hand, on the part of the victim.
