【Criminal Facts】
1. On December 2, 2018, the Defendant discovered a vehicle owned by a victim’s name in the parking lot C located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si B, Changwon-si, and opened a locked vehicle into the said vehicle, and stolen the vehicle with two copies of the land purchase right in the Baan-gu, China-U.S., the victim of which was located, and with three copies of the land purchase right in the Baan-si, 20, 20, 20, 1, 20, 1, 100, 100, and 10,000,000 won.
