A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

An application for remedy by an applicant for remedy shall be dismissed respectively.

Punishment of the crime

Co-defendant D on April 11, 2019, "2019 order 166" with Defendant A and his/her co-defendant D on separation. They are friendship.

1. The Defendant and D co-principaled the apartment complex with the Defendant and D, in order to repay the bonds, have stolen the money of another person in an unlocked vehicle, taken the vehicle from the Gumi Station to the tight Station, moved the vehicle from the Gumi Station to the tight Station, and color the apartment complex.

On January 28, 2019, the Defendant and D reached the E Apartment Fdong underground parking lot in 03:53 around 03, 2019, and the Defendant and D opened the doors of the vehicles parked at the same place, and divided the areas in charge, and the Defendant and D opened the doors of the other vehicles, and D opened a steering door, the victim G (the age of 42) who was parked at the same place, and moved to take approximately KRW 300,000 in cash located in the contact heading house, and moved to take them up.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property owned by the victim together with D.

2. Defendant A

A. On December 1, 2018, around 22:20, the Defendant opened, as his hand, a driver’s seat not set up at the victim K (39 years old), which is owned by the victim K (39 years old), at the underground parking lot at the entrance of the JG Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, and removed one of the cash 2,50,000 won, which is owned by the victim and one of the cash 80,000 won, which is located at the receiving space, in the face of the receipt space.

C. On February 2, 2019, at around 01:00, the Defendant opened a driver’s seat door, which is owned by the victim Qu (the age of 45) parked in the Pdong of the building Pdong of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and removed KRW 97,000 in cash located in the Contact.
