Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

From 05:00 on July 21, 2014, Korean power installed fences around the construction site for the purpose of preventing any accident that may occur in the course of collision and construction with opposite forces, from the construction site of the transmission tower at the site of Han-ri, 432-2 located in each North Cheong-do, Cheong-do, Chungcheongnam-do.
