Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 7, 2009, the Korea Electric Power Corporation commenced construction of transmission line lines in order to supply the power of the power of the power of the power of the power station located in the Sungsan-gun to the Daegu Power Station and the senior Power Station, and completed construction (basic, assembly, and inter-line construction) with the exception of the 23 nuclear power station located in the North Cheong-do, Cheong-do, North Cheong-do, in the total of 40 transmission towers.

On the other hand, Cheongdo residents and external organizations, such as the Cheongdo-gun residents and the Daegu Environmental Campaign Association, interfered with the construction of the 23th period transmission tower located in the Cheonggu-si, and the construction was suspended from July 3, 2012. On March 7, 2013, 222 organizations, such as Green Party and the Daegu Environmental Campaign Association, jointly and severally formed “Cheongdo-345kV Joint Measures Committee against the Cheongdo-based 345km (hereinafter “Dissenting”)” and on April 26, 2013, residents continued to engage in construction opposition and assembly or demonstration by constituting “The Committee against the Exclusion of the Cheonggu-ri Power Transmission Team.”

On October 8, 2013, the Republic of Korea filed an application with the Daegu District Court for the injunction against obstruction of construction against the opposite residents and the outside power 23 persons, and the said provisional injunction was accepted on March 20, 2014, the construction resumed from July 21, 2014.

The Defendant participated in the demonstration to support the demonstration stand against the construction of the 23th electric transmission tower as a party member of the Integrated Progressive Party.

On July 21, 2014, around 21:12:18, the Defendant: (a) around the 23rd construction site of the transmission tower located in 24-5, Cheong-do, Cheong-do, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) the opposite residents and external forces attempted to enter the construction site; and (c) the police officers and employees of the Gyeong-do Police Agency D, who were engaged in maintaining order in isolation of the demonstration team; and (d) the police officers (27 years of age) assigned the police officers of the Gyeong-do Police Agency D, who were engaged in maintaining order in isolation of the demonstration team; and (e) once on the face with the floor, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the maintenance of police officers’ order.
