A Imprisonment for 10 months, Defendant B and C shall be punished by imprisonment for 6 months, respectively.

provided that this judgment has become final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall smoke or take in marijuana or marijuana seed coats, and the defendants shall not possess, take in, or take in, marijuana as they are not authorized to handle narcotics.

1. Defendant A’s crime;

A. On September 22, 2013, around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) placed in the Defendant’s Hrocketing car in the vicinity of “G” Rabcar F at the Government of the Gyeonggi-si; (b) placed the marith in a wooden pipe with I and J, put the marith in the wooden pipe; and (c) smoked the marith in a way that would escape one another.

B. On September 14, 2013, at around 23:00, the Defendant made a pipe for smoking in the instant “G” warehouse along with Defendant B and K for smoking in the instant “G” container with the Defendant B and K, attached the pipe for smoking in the container, attached the pipe for smoking in the container, and smoked in a way that they smoked by one another by spreading.

C. On September 14, 2013, at around 23:10, the Defendant received marijuana from Defendant B without compensation in the said “G” container. D.

On October 22, 2013, around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) removed the tobacco smoke of one cigarette at the Defendant’s residence located in Pyeongtaek-gun L, and (b) smoked marijuana by attaching the following shots, which contain the hemp smoke in which the Defendant made one cigarette for marijuana.

E. On October 25, 2013, at around 23:00, the Defendant received marijuana from K without compensation in the above Defendant’s residence.

F. At around October 27, 2013, the Defendant, at around 21:00, posted the marith in the wooden pipe inside the said Defendant’s residence, added the marith in the wooden pipe, and smoked the marith by means of smoking.

G. At around 22:00 on October 29, 2013, the Defendant received marijuana from the Defendant C without compensation in the instant “G” Raba Pream parking lot.

H. On October 29, 2013, the Defendant, at around 22:10 on October 29, 2013, annually, one cigarette with Defendant C at the Rabaf parking lot.
