A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant:

1. On May 23, 2017, at around 22:00, the Defendant’s house located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, D apartment 9.80 dong 807, “E,” which is the Defendant’s house located in Suwon-si, to purchase a penphone to the seller of the mecopical copty of the mecopty coptyp, which is a local mental medicine, using the mobile phone from SNS 807 -, and then, the seller purchases a barphone from the mecopon to the seller of the mecopty, which is located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and then transfers it to the seller, and then the seller purchases it by means of 0.5 gopon containing plastic tape in the entrance of the mecopic building at the bar of the above F, and then purchases it by means of 0.5 gopon.
