A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant:

1. On April 30, 2017, around 21:35, at a point located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seongbuk-gu D branch using a mobile phone to SNS SNS effect “E”, and approach the purchase of a penphone to F (EID: hereinafter “ED”) who is a book for the supply of a local mental medicine medicine (so-called “E”; hereinafter the same shall apply) by using a mobile phone, and transfers 400,000 won to the new bank account (H) designated by F, around May 1, 2017; purchase approximately 0.5g of a cellphone by sending it from the “J” convenience store located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I around May 1, 2017;

3. Medication, on May 2017, approximately 0.1g of philophonephones purchased from the house of the above defendant to the Habman with an unscopic circumstance, in a manner of drinking together with water;

4. Medication, on June 2017, approximately 0.1g of philophonephones purchased at the home of the above defendant as an scopic scopic scopic scopic, with water, in a manner of drinking together with water;

5. On July 9, 2017, at around 14:00, the Republic of Korea was found to be an inorganic prison (hereinafter referred to as the “EID”), and the said seller met a name-free penphone seller (EID: hereinafter referred to as the “L”), and administered it in a way that the said seller puts down the number of scopphones on the scopher from the scopher to the scoping place, and administers it by entering the scopic pipe through plastic pipe.
