Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 18,000,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a NAS car in B.

1. Around 20:30 on December 13, 2019, the Defendant driven the said negative car in the state of under the influence of alcohol by 0.220% of the blood alcohol concentration in the section of about 5km in the front distance of the “D” located in the Gosi-si, Gosi-si, Gosi-si, Gosi-si.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the injury caused by dangerous driving) was driving a four-lane road in front of the “D” in the “D” located in Heung-gu Seoul at the time and time as indicated in paragraph (1) along four-lanes from the semi-monthly intersection to the distance of Samsung semiconductor. As a result, the Defendant driven the said negative car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the victim E, such as brain-dead, etc. with no head open in need of treatment for about three weeks, and suffered injury to the victim G, such as knee mae in need of treatment for about two weeks.
