Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a NAS car in B.
On December 8, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.209% with blood alcohol concentration around 01:05, and the Defendant driven the said NAS car and was under the influence of one lane from the intersection to the intersection.
At the time, it is night and its location is a place where vehicle traffic is frequent, so a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to care in preventing accidents by properly using steering devices and brakes.
