A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accidentd Measures) are those who are engaged in driving service of small and medium automobiles;

On March 25, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol 0.218% of blood alcohol 06:05 on March 25, 2013, driven the said car, and led to the flow of three-lane roads in front of the Center, which are located in the 318-1 upstream-dong, Young-gu, Young-si, Gyeonggi-si, and the flow of the said car at an influench speed from the direction of the viewing to the direction of the new flow.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, proceeded to the left-hand turn, and was stopped at the right-hand turn to enter the said Hyundai Motor Vehicle Haaking Center, and received the victim's DSM3's right-hand side part of the driver's car which was stopped at the left-hand turn.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as brain dust requiring treatment for about three weeks by occupational negligence as above, and at the same time, destroyed the said SM3 vehicle to repair cost of KRW 3,231,378 and escaped without taking measures such as aiding the victim by stopping the vehicle immediately.
