A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from around April 2014 to around June 2015, is between the victim C (n, 31 years of age) and the private house, and the relationship between the victim C (n, 31 years of age) and the head of the household from around June 2015 to December 2015, and is a diplomatic officer.

A. A. On December 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) taken the victim’s physical form, i.e., who was locked from the victim’s sexual intercourse in Seoul, using his/her cell phone camera around December 18, 2014, at around 02:00, he/she taken the victim’s physical form, under the influence of alcohol, while drunkly drinking the victim’s sexual intercourse with the victim; and (b) taken the victim’s physical form.

As a result, the defendant taken the body of another person, who could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a camera or other similar mechanism, against his will.

2) On December 2014, the Defendant, at around 00:00 on the date of the end of December 2014, 2014, taken the victim’s image as soon as possible using his/her cell phone camera in the E in the E influence room located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, while having sexual intercourse with the victim.

As a result, the defendant taken the body of another person, who could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a camera or other similar mechanism, against his will.

B. On February 10, 2016, around 02:00 on February 10, 2016, the Defendant infringed upon a residence, by dividing the current identification number, which was known in advance to the victim’s residence in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, opened a lock and locked.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.
