A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated psychotropic drugs (MDMA, one-person X-si, hereinafter referred to as “EXM”) and marijuana as follows:

1. On August 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) ordered a seller of narcotics, etc. whose personal information is not known by using a computer at the site of the U.S. Washington (hereinafter referred to as the “S. Washington”); and (b) the person incompetuated in the Netherlands was indicated as the addressee B, address, and address of the Netherlands C, and then sent 52 hours to the EXV, and then the ordinary mail passed through the Incheon International Airport Logistics Center after having arrived at the Incheon Airport Port located in the Nam-gu Incheon Port, Incheon, Incheon, as D E, around 15:30 on September 12, 2018.

In this respect, the Defendant imported X-si.

2. Purchasing marijuana;

A. On September 13, 2018, at around 23:00 to 24:00, the Defendant purchased marijuana from a black male who could not know his/her personal information in the French-dong, Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as Yongsan-gu) with the price of KRW 1.50,00,000 and approximately 1g of marijuana.

B. On September 16, 2018, the Defendant purchased marijuana with the price of KRW 150,000,00 in 150,000 and 1g of marijuana, to the black male who is unable to identify his/her personal information in the French-dong, Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

3. Smoking marijuana;

A. On September 14, 2018, the Defendant smoked marijuana by removing tobacco content in a mutual influent singing practice room near the E-Saunwon Station located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and attaching a fire to tobacco made by 0.2g of marijuana.

B. On September 16, 2018, around 17:30, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the same manner as the above paragraph (a) on the road side of the exit-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, Seoul, at 1st century.

C. On September 16, 2018, at around 21:30, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the same manner as the above paragraph (a) in front of J in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul.
