1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of eight months.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant
On August 12, 2019, A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Fair Collection of Claims at the Seoul Central District Court on October and two years and six months of suspended execution, and the above judgment was finalized on the 20th of the same month.
Any person other than a person handling narcotics shall be prohibited from administering psychotropic drugs, and any person shall be prohibited from smoking marijuana.
1. Medication of psychotropic drugs;
A. On July 13, 2018, Defendant A, B, C, and E purchased three psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs, by paying KRW 15,000 UN (in an amount equivalent to KRW 150,000 in Chinese language) to male and female incompetuous name, around 23:00, around July 13, 2018, Defendant A, B, C, and E purchased three psychotropic drugs, and administered psychotropic drugs in a way of drinking together with drinking water, at around 23:30 of the same day.
B. Defendant A, B, C, and E were not a person handling narcotics, but around 23:00 on September 28, 2018, around 2018, around 23:00, the Defendants paid 15,000N to male in the name-free male, and purchased the EX 3-mail. C.
