Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.
Of the facts charged in the instant case, the larceny against the victim B is acquitted.

Punishment of the crime
"2019 Highest 299"
1. On May 4, 2019, at around 22:25, the Defendant and C, on May 4, 2019, discovered G cargo vehicles owned by the victim F, which were parked at the same time, while they stolen the vehicle, which is opened by the door to move from the front side of the “E located in the Namnam-nam Navy D, to another place.” On the other hand, C, the Defendant was on board the above cargo vehicle, which was not corrected, and the Defendant was on board the vehicle after opening the door of the said cargo vehicle and getting on the driver’s seat and stolen the said cargo vehicle.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the cargo vehicle owned by the victim jointly with C.
2. Larceny on July 22, 2019;
A. At around 03:00 on July 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in which the victim I was parked at the H apartment parking lot in Yado, Yado; (b) opened a door in which the victim I was not corrected; and (c) cut off the door with a 300,000 won model name MP20G market value, which is the victim’s ownership in that door.
B. At around 03:30 on July 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked in the H apartment near the Y apartment located in the Hado-gun, Hado-gun, the victim K did not correct the L/C car; and (b) cut off with 300,000 won of the market value of the victim’s possession, which was installed inside the door.
3. Any foreigner who violates the Immigration Control Act may sojourn in Korea within the limits of his/her sojourn status and sojourn period, and shall not sojourn in Korea in violation of this Act.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, on January 16, 2019, entered the Republic of Korea as tourism visa exemption (B-1) and continued to stay in the Republic of Korea by July 22, 2019, despite the expiration of the period of stay on March 17, 2019.
4. On May 4, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) is located in the south Sea-gun M in front of the “E” on the road located in Jeonnam-gun D, Jeonnam-gun around 22:25.
