A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. At around 12:00 on June 29, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim C, the Defendant stolen the cash amounting to KRW 7.25,00,000, in cash owned by the victim in the United States by using the cresh in the victim’s cresh.

B. On October 21, 2013, around October 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a string door that was parked near the Yando-Eup, Yando-Eup, Yando-gun; (b) opened a string door door that was not corrected by G trucks; and (c) cut off the victim F’s market price in which the victim F is unknown.

2. Attempted larceny;

A. On October 21, 2013, around October 21, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim L was parked in the macker tower near the Yando-Eup, Yido-Eup, Yido-gun, and did not have been corrected, opening a door to the unreshed driver, and attempted to steals the L property owned by the victim, but did not have any stolen property, and thus, attempted to commit the crime.
