2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a corporation that employs approximately 30 full-time workers and runs a comprehensive financial design consulting business. The Plaintiff is a person who was employed by the Defendant around August 201 and worked as the vice president.
