Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the Seoul Southern District Court on November 30, 2017, and was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for the same crime in the same court on January 11, 2019. On November 6, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the Changwon District Court Branch Branch Branch on November 6, 2019, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Common Detention House on July 18, 2020.

1. On September 28, 2020, the Defendant committed the crime of Sep. 28, 2020, at around 00:30, the bus platform in front of 176 Gangnam-gu Station, 2020, the Defendant acquired pecuniary gains equivalent to the amount of the taxi charges by taking advantage of the victim D as if he would have paid the taxi charges even though he did not use the taxi operated by the victim D, and let the victim take advantage of the E-si operated by the damaged person while paying the taxi charges, and let the victim operate the G hospital located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., and then did not pay the taxi charges of KRW 544,680.
3.
