A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant committed the following crimes under the state that he/she has a weak ability to discern things or make decisions due to an on-site illness:

1. The Defendant, around April 15, 2020, 202:32, around 02:32, the Defendant: (a) committed the act as if he would normally pay the taxi fee in front of the Dacheon-dong Resident Center located in 608-17, as Overcheon-si, Jungcheon-si; (b) on the part of the victim B, the Defendant was on board a C-si operated by the victim B, and said, the Defendant changed the number of taxi stations to Kim Jong-si.

However, the defendant did not have a means to pay taxi charges, such as cash or credit cards that can be settled, and the defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay taxi charges to the victim.

Around 05:49 of the same day, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, had the victim operate a taxi up to 230,400,000 won, by allowing the victim to operate the taxi from the 21st day of Kim Jong-do Police Station, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si.

2. The Defendant, around April 8, 2020, 2020: (a) around 04:28, at the city interest distance located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, said that he would normally pay the taxi fee; (b) on the part of the victim D, the Defendant boarded the E-si operated by the victim D and said that the number of taxi stations would vary.

However, the defendant did not have a means to pay taxi charges, such as cash or credit cards that can be settled, and the defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay taxi charges to the victim.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, caused the victim to operate the said taxi at around 05:00 on the same day until the 27,000 won of the fee, by allowing the victim to operate the said taxi at the front of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

3. The Defendant’s fraud against G (2020 highest 4458) committed an act in the “I” restaurant located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H on April 5, 2020 as if he would normally pay the amount to employees G.
