Punishment of the crime

In order to commit the so-called “scaming” crime, those who are in China, etc. are acquiring money from many unspecified persons in Korea by means of telephone financial fraud and the so-called “scaming,” which consists of “invitations” which induce unspecified persons to acquire or transfer financial information, “invitations” which instruct the withdrawal of the amount of damage, “influences” which withdraw the amount of damage from financial institutions, and “influences” which receive the amount of damage from the withdrawn amount and deliver it to the total amount of the withdrawn amount.
