A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates the “E Child Care Center” and “G Child Care Center” located in the “G Child Care Center” and “G Child Care Center” located in the “G Lifetime”.

No person shall obtain a subsidy or use a subsidy by fraud or other improper means.

1. On May 17, 2010, the Defendant had access to the child care information system managed by the Ma-si online at the above E-child care center, and applied for subsidies by falsely registering H, a short-hour infant care teacher, as a full-time infant care teacher, as a full-time infant care teacher. On June 2010, the Defendant received KRW 200,000 as a subsidy for part-time infant care teacher under the name of the Ma-time infant care teacher under the name of the same until August 2014 as indicated in the attached crime list 1, including the receipt of KRW 12,850,000 for the same name from around August 2010, the Defendant received KRW 384,000 as personnel expenses for part-time infant care teacher around August 2010, and received KRW 32,304,000 for the same name until around August 2014; and received KRW 361,306,000 as the basic name of the infant care teacher.

As a result, the Defendant received a total of KRW 55,795,370 by false or other unlawful means.

2. On January 1, 2013, the Defendant registered I, a short-term childcare teacher, as a monthly benefit extension teacher, in a false manner, and applied for a subsidy. On January 1, 2013, the Defendant received KRW 200,000,00 in total from May 2014 to May 2014, as shown in attached Table 4, as shown in attached Table 4, as well as receiving KRW 5,890,00 in the same name, as the monthly benefit extension childcare teacher’s personnel expenses, around January 2013, as shown in attached Table 5, including receipt of KRW 1,00,00 as a monthly benefit extension teacher’s personnel expenses.
