A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Child Welfare Act (child abuse) is the victim’s son’s mother-child relationship B (here, C) and the victim’s she was reported of marriage around September 17, 2007, and then she was sheert of the victim’s she resided together around that time.
