1. Defendant A’s fraud
A. On October 31, 2016, the Defendant sent to the victim a letter stating that the victim D purchases Nos. Spain located on the Internet and on the website of the country, and the Defendant sent to the victim a letter that he/she would lock after confirming the transfer of the money first.
However, the defendant did not have Spain, and even if he received money, he did not intend to make a locked return to the victim D.
The Defendant received 280,000 won from the victim D, namely, from the national bank account (Account Number: E) in the name of the Defendant.
The Defendant, by deceiving the victim D and receiving the remittance of such money, received a total of KRW 2,025,00 from seven victims, such as the one in the attached Table 1 in the same manner from January 25, 2017.
Accordingly, the defendant deceivings victims to take the property by deceiving them.
B. The Defendant, at around 21:00 on November 18, 2016, expressed that the victim F wishes to purchase a page account located in the Kakakao Stockholm open holding room, and sent the victim F with Kaka Stockholm to the victim F to sell the Kaka Stockholm account (G).
A false statement was made.
However, the defendant did not have the above account and even if he received money, he did not intend to seek the above account from the victim F.
The Defendant received 2,916,00 won from the victim F to the national bank account (Account Number: E) in the name of the Defendant from the victim F.
The Defendant, by deceiving the Victim F and receiving the remittance of such money, received a total of KRW 5,616,00 from two victims, from that time to February 24, 2017, including from that time, 5,616,00 in the same manner as attached Table 2 of the List of Offenses.
Accordingly, the defendant deceivings victims to take the property by deceiving them.
