A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

306,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On September 25, 2013, from around September 28, 2013 to around the 28th day of the same month, the Defendant: (a) provided D with KRW 500,000 in its car size, which was parked on the road near the mutual niversary club located in the river; and (b) received 0.7 g of psychotropic drugs from D, Mepta (hereinafter “Handphone”); and (c) received 0.7 g of psychotropic drugs.

Accordingly, the suspect purchased philophones from D.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On September 28, 2013, at around 17:00, the Defendant inserted 0.05g of philopon into a single-use engine within the assembly-type factory board located in Pyeongtaek-si E, and injected it into the embrogate after dilution of tin.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.

B. At around 12:00 on September 29, 2013, the Defendant inserted 0.05 gopon into a single-use injection machine, dilution of tin water, and injected them into the poroposite.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.

C. On September 30, 2013, at around 04:00, the Defendant injected 0.05g of philopon into a single-use toilet with his house toilet located in Pyeongtaek-si F apartment 106 dong 804, in a single-use injection machine, dilution with tin.

3. At around 11:40 on September 30, 2013, the Defendant, holding philophones, put in his house located in Pyeongtaek-si F apartment 106 dong 804 on the frophone 0.55 g of philophones into the frogate of the book “ter”.

Accordingly, the defendant possessed a philophone.

4. Smoking in marijuana.

A. On September 28, 2013, at around 02:00, the Defendant injected tobacco in his/her house toilets located in Pyeongtaek-si F apartment No. 106, Dong 804, 106, and smoked as if he/she smoked by attaching a fire.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.

B. At around 02:00 on September 30, 2013, the Defendant added tobacco to the toilets described in the foregoing paragraph (a) and added the marithic fluor in the said toilets.
