A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

At around 19:00 on July 2, 2013, at the same place as Paragraph 2, the Defendant 1: (a) laid down KRW 80,000 in cash to G; (b) purchased a philophone with approximately 0.7g philophone, which is being added to one part of a single-use injection instrument; and (c) administered a philophone by means of inserting approximately 0.1g philophone into the part of a single-use injection instrument, dilution with water, and spraying it into the part of his arms.

4. On July 2, 2013, at around 23:30, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.05 glopon into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, in a guest room where it is impossible to find out the diacompon H located in Chuncheon City.
