Punishment of the crime

On March 31, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court on March 31, 201 and completed the execution of the sentence on August 18, 201.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On October 3, 2013, at around 23:55, the Defendant purchased phiphones, the Defendant 500,000 won of 50 million won to F in his E-solitary car capacity parked in the vicinity of the D hotel located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the Defendant divers of psychotropic drugs with approximately 0.8g of psychotropic drugs from F (one name “phiphone”; hereinafter “phiphone”).

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones.

2. At around 00:50 on October 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sent a disposable injection device containing approximately 0.2g of philopon from the gate in front of Pyeongtaek-si to H.

In this respect, the defendant delivered philophones.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. On October 4, 2013, from around 02:00 to around 03:00 on the same day, the Defendant parked in the vicinity of Pyeongtaek-si, and injected 0.03g of philopon into a single-use vehicle, and injected into the blood pipe on the left side.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.

B. At around 22:00 on October 11, 2013, the Defendant placed 0.03g of philopon in a single-use vehicle located near the K Elementary School located in the Gyeonggi-si J, and injected it into the blood pipe on the left side by dilutioning it into a single-use vehicle.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.

4. At around 23:00 on October 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stored approximately 0.4g philopon as required by N prior to the delivery on the side of the first floor of “M” in Guluri L; and (b) carried KRW 300,000,000,000 that N put in its inner part.

Accordingly, the defendant sold philophones to N.

5. At around 04:20 on October 13, 2013, the Defendant storage of philophones and marijuana containing approximately 0.05g, 0.05g, 0.06g, and 0.05g, respectively, on the front side of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government O. 3 g, and approximately 0.17g, marijuana.
