1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 21,766,720 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 16, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

1. From May 27, 2013 to January 9, 2016, the Plaintiff used a total of 21,766,720 won to the Defendant, as shown in the attached Form remittance statement.

2. Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act:

On January 10, 2016 to the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case regarding KRW 21,766,720, the Plaintiff seeking payment of KRW 5% per annum from January 10, 2016 to the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the next day to the pronouncement date of the judgment of this case. However, unless there is any assertion as to the Plaintiff’s payment date, (the part that the Plaintiff would have to pay the above loan can not be viewed as a specific assertion that the payment period has been specified). However, the Plaintiff’s delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case is deemed to have arrived at the maturity date of the above loan of this case and the claim for damages for delay from January 10, 2016 to the pronouncement date of the judgment of this case is rejected.
