1. As to KRW 114,670,00 among the Plaintiff and KRW 10,00,000, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the full payment day from August 22, 2012 to the day of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On August 21, 2012, a claim for interest and delay damages with an agreement of 30% per annum from August 22, 2012 to the date of full payment (as of August 21, 2013), the principal of which is KRW 10 million, and the following day following the lending date, shall be filed. (b)

From September 8, 2012 to January 29, 2014, an amount of 111,330,000 won loaned several times (no repayment period or interest rate has been fixed) plus the remainder of 104,670,000 won excluding the total amount of 6,660,000 won paid until January 27, 2014, and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from November 16, 2014 to the date of full payment (the Plaintiff claimed interest payment of KRW 104,670,00 from the day after January 30, 2014 to the day of full payment). However, there is no evidence to acknowledge that the Plaintiff’s respective claims for damages for delay exceeds the due date of payment by public notice as to the Plaintiff’s respective claims under subparagraphs 1, 2, and 4 of the Civil Procedure Act.
