1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,461,440 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from November 21, 2014 to the day of full payment.

A. The Plaintiff loaned KRW 25,461,440 in total to B from September 4, 2013 to February 4, 2014.

B. B died on June 11, 2014, and the Defendant was appointed as administrator of inherited property B due to the lack of inheritor.

With respect to KRW 25,461,40, the Plaintiff claimed interest or delay damages calculated at the rate of 5% per annum from February 5, 2014 to the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case from February 5, 2014 to the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case. However, unless the Plaintiff asserts that an agreement was made with the Defendant at the time of lease and that the repayment date was fixed, the Plaintiff’s claim for interest or delay damages on the said money from February 4, 2014 to November 20, 2014, which is the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, is without merit.
