Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a B's driver car.

No person shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible.

Nevertheless, on September 3, 2020, the Defendant covered the tape on the registration number plate attached to the back of the said car in order to avoid parking control in front D in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, and made it difficult for the Defendant to identify the registration number plate by covering the tape.
