Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible.

On April 5, 2019, at around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) attached the front door to the front registration number plate in order to avoid the parking control in front of the Heung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; and (b) made it difficult for the Defendant to identify the front registration number plate part of the registration number plate.
