A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for ten months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and is currently under the probation period after the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 6, 2013.

1. On May 14, 2009, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of two million won for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the field of the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without obtaining a license) and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without obtaining a license) from the Changwon District Court’s branch on the following grounds: (a) on November 28, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the sentence of ten months for the crimes of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving without obtaining a license); and (b) on November 28, 2013, at the Daegu District Court’s Kimcheon Branch,

On June 7, 2014, the Defendant did not obtain a driver’s license for a motor vehicle on June 7, 2014, and operated C K7 motor vehicles under the influence of alcohol with approximately KRW 700 meters alcohol content 0.126% at a section of approximately 70 meters from the front side of the Busan Seodong-dong, Busan, to the front side of the so-called Hyperbridge located in the same Dong.

2. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act by illegally using another person’s resident registration number by leaving his/her resident registration number as if he/she was E, after he/she was controlled by drinking driving at the time and place mentioned in paragraph (1).

3. The Defendant: (a) forged a private document; (b) submitted a copy of the report on the de facto statement of the de facto statement of the de facto driver in the name of E, a private document related to rights and obligations, to the head of the Busan Jin Police Station, for the purpose of using the document as “E” on the driver’s name column of the de facto statement of the de facto driver as “E” at the time and place specified in paragraph (1); and (c) submitted it to the head of the Busan Jin Police Station Senior
