A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 23:20 on January 18, 2013, the Defendant driven a C erodial car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.239% from the public parking lot prior to the discharge on the part of Busan-dong, Busan-dong, to the front road of the Sindok 1 Public Security Center located in Busan-dong.

2. On January 18, 2013, at around 23:50 on January 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was arrested as a flagrant offender under the Road Traffic Act, such as a violation of the Road Traffic Act (accident after accident) that he/she had been driving under the preceding paragraph at the 1 Public Security Center located in the jurisdiction of the Busan-gu, Busan-do; and (b) the Defendant continuously pushed the victim E (the age of 54), who is an inspector belonging to the Busan Jin Police Station D, to board the Defendant at the patrol; (c) continuously pushed the victim’s face face and part of the ship; (d) the victim’s face and part of the ship are interfered with the performance of the police officer’s duties on several occasions; and (e) the victim’s face and part of the ship are above the part where he/she needs medical treatment for about two weeks.
