Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On September 29, 2010, the Defendant, at a real estate brokerage office where it is impossible to know the trade name in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, proposed that “If the Defendant purchased No. 201, 301, and 301, and intends to operate it after remodeling it to a public notice, it would offer KRW 3 million if the purchaser’s name is leased.”
