Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 6, 2009, the Defendant: (a) indicated “E, F”, and the resident registration number column “G, H and address column” as “E, 103-703, 211-1111 of the YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY 88, Nam-gu, Incheon, Namdong-gu, Incheon, Seoul, and signed E and F respectively on the name side.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of the marriage report in the name of E and F, a private document related to facts.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and place as Paragraph 1, submitted a forged marriage report to an employee who is not aware of the forgery as if it were genuine.
