On November 10, 2013, at around 22:27, the Defendant driven a B UD car under the influence of alcohol content 0.094% of alcohol content from the officetel parking lot in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Nam-gu, Seoul to the Gopo-si, the Gopo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si.
