A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 16, 2013, at around 01:50, the Defendant driven a B K5 vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.102%, from the day before the drinking house, which is not known to the name in the Sincheon-si, Seocheon-si, Kimpo-si to the day before the city of Kimpo-si, the area of approximately 5km from the day before the Gunpo-si, Kimpo-si to the day before the city of the Seoul, the Gopo-si, Kimpo-si.
