Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates B vehicles.

On March 1, 2019, the Defendant, while well aware of the fact that the credit card was not inserted in the device of the above vehicle in Kimpool, Kimpo-si, Gopo-si, Gopo-si, Gopo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, the Defendant did not pay KRW 9,900 to the above Kimpo-si, and did not pay KRW 535,700 from that time until May 22, 2019. The Defendant obtained the same amount of financial benefits by passing through the shoulder-si lane, a pay automatic equipment, without paying KRW 535,700 over 18 times, as indicated in the daily list of crimes in the attached Table, and obtained the same amount of financial benefits.
