Defendants shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay a fine, only 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at Q Co., Ltd., Qu Co., Ltd., located in P at the Seocho-si, Jinju, the Defendant: (b) had not completed the prescribed theoretical and operational training necessary to obtain a license for a pilot for less than three tons from S who operated the RA; (c) had been issued a certificate of receipt as if the Defendant had completed all of the education at the said KAB; (d) had been issued a certificate of receipt as if the Defendant had completed the education at the above KAB; and (e) had been issued a pilot license for small construction machinery (a vehicle with less than three tons) by submitting the certificate of receipt to the public official in charge of know of the foregoing fact at the office of the registration office of JAF located in the Seocho-dong,

As a result, the Defendant was involved in the execution of duties by the public official in charge of issuing a license through fraudulent means, and at the same time, obtained construction machine pilot

2. On July 2015, the Defendant: (a) in Q Q Co., Ltd., the Defendant: (b) had not completed the necessary theoretical and operational training necessary for the acquisition of a license for a pilot for for less than three tons from S who operated the RA; (c) had been issued a certificate of completion of education as if the Defendant had completed all of the training at the said KA; (d) around October 2, 2015, the Defendant was issued a certificate of completion of education as if he had completed the training at the said KA; and (e) had been issued a pilot license for small construction machinery (a vehicle with less than three tons) by submitting the certificate of completion to the public official in charge of being aware of the fact at the office of registration of the JA car’s office located in the Seocho-dong-dong-ro

As a result, the Defendant was involved in the execution of duties by the public official in charge of issuing a license through fraudulent means, and at the same time, obtained construction machine pilot

3. On July 2015, Defendant G provided the necessary theoretical and operational training necessary to obtain a license for a pilot for less than three tons from S who operated the RA and for less than three tons from S who operated the RA.
