Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant C is a person working for an IF branch in J in J in J in Jinju-si.

On November 27, 2015, the Defendant received education fees of KRW 300,00 from M even though he/she did not complete all the theoretical and operational training necessary to obtain a license for a pilot for less than three tons from the case other than the head of a private teaching institute, in the “L private teaching institute” located in K at J around J-si, and received education fees of less than 30,000,000 from the above private teaching institute, as if the Defendant completed all the education at the private teaching institute.

On the same day, the Defendant continued to be issued a pilot license for small-sized construction machinery (on the one hand) by submitting a certificate of receipt to the public official in charge who is aware of such fact at the office of the Jinju Motor Vehicle Registration Office located in the Seocho-dong on the first day.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the performance of duties by the public official in charge of issuing a license for small-sized construction machinery operator by deceptive means as above.

2. Defendant D is a person working for the IFF in Jinju City.
