A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

2. Around 00:30 on September 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) reported in Company D, Inc., Ltd., located in Gongju City, that the victim F intimidation in front of the container used as a lodging place; (b) the victim threatened E with a knife (27.5cm in length, 13.5cm in daily length, 14cm in knife, knife the knife in order to take the knife from the Defendant’s hand; and (c) laid down the part of the victim’s right knife with a knife knife.
