[Criminal Power] On June 17, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for special larceny in the public support of the Daejeon District Court, which was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution on April 14, 2017, and the suspension of execution was invalidated by being sentenced to six months of imprisonment for special larceny in the public support of the Daejeon District Court, Daejeon District Court, on April 14, 2017. 【Criminal Facts】

On March 15, 2020 from around 09:45 to 10:38, the Defendant reported 112 on the street near Sinju City B, and requested the Defendant to return home to the Defendant, the circumstances belonging to the district police station C District of the official police station, such as D, who belongs to the district police station, dispatched by the Defendant, and requested the said police officers to take a bath, such as “a knife, Chewing, and dead,” and displayed the knife (the knife length: 28cm, 14cm: : 14cm), which is dangerous object from the Defendant’s inner organ on the part of the Defendant.

그리고 피고인은 위 D과 E으로부터 칼을 버릴 것을 요구받자, 이에 응하지 않고 길가에 심어져 있는 나무와 함석판 등을 위 칼로 찍어가며 공주시 F에 있는 피고인의 집으로 간 후, 마당에 있는 LPG 가스통을 가지고 나와 도로에 내팽개치고 이를 휘두르며 위 D과 E이 다가오지 못하게 위협을 하였고, 계속해서 위험한 물건인 전기톱의 시동을 켠 후 이를 D과 E을 향해 휘둘렀다.
