B The captain of C (9.77 tons, coastal multi-modal fishing vessels, and Sacheon Ship) is the captain of B, and the Defendant A, the Vietnam national, entered the Republic of Korea on January 7, 2014 as the visa for the employment of fishing vessel crew members (E-10-2) and the period of stay expired on November 6, 2018.

A. A. Nevertheless, the Defendant stayed in the Republic of Korea even after the expiration of the period of stay on November 6, 2018, and carried out fishery activities on the condition that the Defendant was employed by C’s captain from September 23, 2019 to October 30 of the same month and received KRW 80,000 per day.
As a result, the defendant stayed outside the above sojourn status or sojourn period as a foreigner, and was engaged in job-seeking activities without obtaining the above sojourn status.
