A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Any person is prohibited from smoking marijuana, and the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and he is prohibited from handling marijuana such as receiving or receiving marijuana as follows:

On June 2013, the Defendant, at the same place as above, dried the flapped volume of marijuana leaves (the flapped volume of motos by a man who is a sexual man) that were flapped by C, and dries that were installed in the D parking lot located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul on July 21, 2013, after inserting the flapped leaves of the flapped marijuana into the pipe that was flapped by C and flapped with it.
