1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of two years and six months;

2. Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 2012, 2012, the Defendant imported marijuana: (a) from C, the United States of America residing in California, the Republic of Korea, the Republic of Korea, the Republic of Korea, where the Republic of Korea is a national of the Republic of Korea, to display parcels containing the hemp in the United States; (b) half of the hemps, sold in the Republic of Korea, sent the proceeds of the sale; and (c) the rest of the hemps, upon receiving a proposal, sent the Defendant’s address to C.

Accordingly, C around that time, by packaging 35g of marijuana leaves written in the public notice of California of the United States of California into vinyl, sealed it into the ground beer’s disease, sealed it into the ground beer’s disease, sealed it into a paper stuff, and then requested the addressee’s sending of prisoners of war to the Republic of Korea by stating the place of receiving it as “D” and “Seoul E E 305,” and the international parcels arrive in the F air route at the Incheon Country’s Public Notice around November 28, 2012.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported marijuana in collusion with C.

2. Around 15:00 on December 4, 2012, the Defendant possessed, such as marijuana for smoking or taking in, stored in the Defendant’s residence in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E 305, and distributed approximately 2.6gg of marijuana leafs and approximately 1.8g of hemp seeds, which were purchased from an influencer with the intent to smoke or take in, and stored in a paper box and plastic container.

Accordingly, the defendant possessed marijuana and hemp seeds for the purpose of smoking or taking in.

3. Smoking or taking in marijuana;

A. On November 12, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 16:40 on November 12, 2012, at the Defendant’s residence, made a hemp smoking year by cutting the floor of the paint well, putting the floor of the paint over the plastic part; (b) packing the top lid of the relevant paint into a sponed paper to make it for the hemp smoking year; (c) laying down the corresponding plastic leaf leaves at the top of the packing lid; (d) laying down the corresponding plastic paper by cutting down the lid, attaching a fire into a spon disease; and (e) opening the said lid to postpone it.
